Rent a Booth at The Baileyton Antique Mall
Booth Space is rented by square footage. Most booths will be 10ft x 10ft, but we will have some larger spaces as well such as 10 ft x 15 ft. For example, a 10×10 booth will be $200 per month.
For Every “Grand Opening Tenant” that starts with us on Day One, we are going to offer the first 60 Days FREE!! You will be required to pay your first month’s rent and your last month’s rent as a Deposit but the first 60 Days your space is FREE!

The tenant must sign a 6-month Rental Agreement and Rent will be due each month on the 1st Business Day.

The tenant will pay Baileyton Antique Mall a 10% Sales Commission on all Products Sold.
